Falls of Rauros; Were The great falls of the River Anduin that fell from the heights of the Emyn Muil into the wetlands of the Nindalf(The Wetwang marshes beneath the Emyn Muil) It is located on the Anduin, and has the outflow of the lake of Nen Hithoel, which is above the Mouths of Entwash. It is Fed by waters out of the great lake of Nen Hithoel and Amon Hen stood to the west, and Amon Lhaw to the east right north of it. The geography of this entire sub sectioned area near the north western border of Gondor has always struck me as a truly beautiful and archaic place.
